ILI9341 tft display has 40 pins, so it is not compatible with uno r3 and nano..
ILI9341 display works at 3.3V. If you use it with mega 2560, please insert TFT 3.2 shield, not directly connect board with tft lcd module..
You may need to set a suitable parameter in sketches to use this 3.2" touch screen, but it is not a difficult task..
