The Hillman Group 370057 Toggle Bolt, 3/16X4-Inch, 50-Pack

Toggle anchor installs behind 3/8"- to 2-1/2"-thick hollow materials including gypsum board, drywall, and concrete block to provide a secure hold from within the mounting material.
Anchor affixes to the wall before adding the bolt and fixture, allowing one-person installation and fixture changes.
Made in USA, and works with 1/2"-13 UNC-threaded metal bolts (sold separately).
Ultimate tensile strength is 275 lb. in 1/2" drywall with a 1/2"-13 UNC bolt, and 2,038 lb. (material failure) in concrete block with a 1/2"-13 UNC hardened bolt.
Use one-fourth or less of listed maximum values for safe working loads (as required by local regulations).

Constructed of heavy gauge steel and solid steel bolt fastener.
Clamp and bolt fastener comes finished in a corrosion resistant, zinc plated finish.
Used with 1-1/4 inch x 1-1/4 inch wide bed frame L-angle material.
Hand tightening should be all that is necessary for setting bed frame width, but pliers can be used for tightening with slightly increased torque if frame halves keep spreading easily.
